Careers is an integral part of preparing students for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life. The process of personal and social development begins at home and continues through school into adult life. Careers can help prepare for the transitions and decisions affecting young peoples’ future education, training and life as adult members of society.
Therefore, our students will leave The Boulevard Academy well equipped with the ‘life skills’ that they will need to be successful in whatever pathway they choose. We have developed a programme, which all pupils will participate in order to raise aspirations.

It is part of the vision of The Boulevard Academy that all learners have a planned programme of activities to help them choose 14-19 pathways that are right for them and to be able to manage their careers, sustain employment and achieve personal and economic wellbeing throughout their lives.
Students will understand the knowledge, skills and attributes required for employability and have high career aspirations.
Hull Careers Hub
We are one of 35 Hull & East Yorkshire schools/colleges that make up the Hull & East Yorkshire Careers Hub. The Careers Hub was launched in September 2018 by the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (Humber LEP) and the Careers & Enterprise Company, a central government funded organisation that works with schools nationally to promote a network between education and employers as well as support for careers education in schools. We were part of the original Hub formed in 2018 and remain in the new Hub from September 2021.

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি যে কার্যকর কর্মজীবন নির্দেশিকা আকাঙ্ক্ষা বাড়াতে, প্রেরণা উন্নত করতে এবং সাফল্যের বাধা অতিক্রম করতে অবদান রাখে। নিউল্যান্ড স্কুল ফর গার্লস উচ্চ-মানের CEIAG প্রদানের জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ যা ছাত্রদেরকে কর্মজীবনের সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা দেয়। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হল আমাদের ছাত্রদেরকে একটি নিরন্তর পরিবর্তনশীল অর্থনৈতিক আবহাওয়ার সাথে খাপ খাইয়ে নেওয়ার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা দিয়ে সজ্জিত করা, তাদের আজীবন কর্মজীবনের শিক্ষার্থী হতে অনুপ্রাণিত করা। এটি অর্জন করা হয়েছে ক্রিয়াকলাপগুলির একটি ব্যাপক কর্মসূচির মাধ্যমে যা 7 থেকে 11 বছর এবং তার পরেও বিস্তৃত এবং এটি জাতীয়ভাবে স্বীকৃত গ্যাটসবি বেঞ্চমার্কের উপর ভিত্তি করে।

নিউল্যান্ড ক্যারিয়ার প্রোগ্রাম 2020-2021
আমাদের কর্মজীবন প্রোগ্রাম গঠিত; অভ্যন্তরীণ কর্মীদের দ্বারা পরিচালিত স্কুল ভিত্তিক কার্যক্রম, বহিরাগত অংশীদারদের (যেমন কলেজ, প্রাক্তন ছাত্র, প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানকারী, নিয়োগকর্তা এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) এবং বহিরাগত পরিদর্শনগুলি জড়িত। Covid-19 মহামারী সংক্রান্ত বর্তমান পরিস্থিতির কারণে আমাদের দুর্ভাগ্যবশত শরতের মেয়াদের (লাল) জন্য আমাদের পরিকল্পিত কিছু কার্যক্রম স্থগিত করতে হয়েছে। কিছু ক্রিয়াকলাপ যেমন কেরিয়ার সমাবেশ এবং শরতের মেয়াদের জন্য পরিকল্পিত উন্মুক্ত ইভেন্টগুলি ভার্চুয়াল ইভেন্টগুলিতে স্থানান্তরিত করা হয়েছে যেখানে সম্ভব, একইভাবে বসন্ত মেয়াদের জন্য পরিকল্পিত ক্রিয়াকলাপগুলি বর্তমানে পর্যালোচনা করা হচ্ছে এবং যেখানে সম্ভব আমরা ভার্চুয়াল বিকল্পগুলি (অ্যাম্বার) বিকাশ করছি। অভ্যন্তরীণ কর্মীদের নেতৃত্বে ক্রিয়াকলাপগুলি পরিকল্পনা অনুসারে এগিয়ে যেতে সক্ষম হয়, এটি এক থেকে এক নির্দেশিকা অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রেও যা কার্যত (সবুজ) বিতরণ করা হচ্ছে।
আমরা নিরন্তর পরিবর্তনশীল পরিস্থিতি পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে থাকব এবং বসন্ত/গ্রীষ্মের শর্তগুলির কাছাকাছি সেই অনুযায়ী আমাদের বিধান সংশোধন করব৷
একটি সফল কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা প্রোগ্রাম সরবরাহ করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পরিকল্পনা এবং সংস্থার স্তরের কারণে, আমরা গ্রীষ্মের মেয়াদে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে এগিয়ে যেতে সক্ষম হব কিনা সন্দেহ, তাই আমরা বসন্তে বিতরণ করার জন্য ভার্চুয়াল বিকল্পগুলি খুঁজছি।
