Year 11 FAQs

Will we still have a prom?

We intend to yes, but we cannot give you a date yet due to the current situation with COVID-19. If it is safe we will try our best to ensure that prom takes place before Christmas 2020. If it is not safe to have a prom before Christmas, as prom involves dancing and being in close proximity to one another, we will liaise with students and set up a reunion event.

Are we still having a Yearbook?

Unfortunately, due to the exceptional circumstances we are currently in, there will be no Yearbook this year. Please accept our apologies.

Are we still getting our hoodies?

Hoodies have arrived at school and are available for collection now.

I was self-isolating during the last day of school, can I see the Class of 2020 Leavers Presentation?

We were incredibly sad not to have shared a proper goodbye with you all and we hope that we will be able to celebrate at a later date. In the meantime, we are happy to share these memories with you.

We hope this will provide a motivational project for your pupils to take part in while out of school and learning from home.

Every Tuesday, the webpage will be updated with new interactive and engaging content, each covering a different topic from ‘what is higher education study?’ through to ‘a day in the life of a university student’. There are opportunities for pupils to complete tasks online, ask questions and win fantastic prizes such as Apple Airpods and Amazon Vouchers.
